- Ensure you have accepted all the calendar invites to the live facilitated calls.
- Begin reviewing the SYSTEMology Team Accelerator. Watch module 1 before the first live session.

The SYSTEMology Fast Track Program has been designed for optimal learning and application.
- It is a group process. The power of group learning is intended to enhance your results.
- We will provide resources to increase the impact of the live sessions.
- Please endeavour to work through the materials prior to the live sessions.
- The live sessions are designed to facilitate your learning and application.
- We will use Slack as a shared space for the group. This is where you should post your homework for feedback and also contribute to the feedback for other participants.
- The program takes place over 6 months, with a live session every two weeks and support materials provided in the modules related to each live session.
Upon completion of this program, a participant will be able to:
- Identify your core business systems.
- Extract and Document each core system from the knowledgable team member who are responsible for performing them.
- Organise your documented systems making them easily accessible for your entire team.
- Engage all team members in your business embrace your new systems-centric approach.
- Prioritise and develop the business systems required to achieve complete business reliability.
Outline of the 6 months:
- Live Session 1 - Foundations - Meeting your cohort, understanding SYSTEMology and the foundations of building a systems based culture.
- Live Session 2 - Stage 1 Define - Identify your most critical business systems.
- Live Session 3 - Stage 2 Assign - Identify your system champions, knowledgable workers and where the intelligence within your business currently resides.
- Live Session 4 - Stage 3 Extract - The system for systems extraction, leveraging your time and efforts for maximum quality outputs.
- Live Session 5 - Stage 4 Organise - Selecting the most efficient tools to manage your projects and business systems.
- Live Session 6 - Stage 5 Integrate - How to present your work to the wider team, get "buy in" and build a systems culture.
- Live Session 7 - Stage 6 Scale - How to create a roadmap for ongoing systemisation and work towards complete business reliability.
- Live Session 8 - Finance Department - Discover your most important finance systems.
- Live Session 9 - HR Department - Discover your most important HR systems.
- Live Session 10 - Management Department - Discover your most important management systems.
- Live Session 11 - Marketing Department - Discover your most important marketing systems.
- Live Session 11 - Sales Department - Discover your most important sales systems.
- Live Session 12 - Stage 7 Optimise - Develop laser like precision in ongoing systems development.
- Live Session 13 - Future & Beyond - Goals setting, building a lasting business and achieving complete business reliability.

- We will invite you to a Slack group. This will be set up just for your cohort. Please use this forum and the power of the group to develop your work and thinking.
- The live sessions are designed to facilitate the application of SYSTEMology. They will be recorded but they are not designed as training, they are for participation. Being on the calls live will always be the best option.
- The tools, resources and the training are for you to use in building your own SYSTEMology business. Please don't devalue your investment or our professional IP and my years of creative work by distributing this material or teaching this process outside of this program. Please also refer the the confidentiality agreement you signed upon commencement.
- Please come to the program with full intention - lean right in, get involved, contribute to the success of others and extract every ounce of value you can out of myself and the rest of the group.
As part of your Fast Track onboarding, you will have been sent calendar invites to the facilitated sessions. Calls are held at the same time every second week.

Session recordings are shared only with those within your Fast Track cohort and saved within your systemHUB account (inside the training section). Please allow 24 hours for recordings to appear.
