The SYSTEMologist certification program has been designed for optimal learning and application.
- It is a group process. The power of group learning is intended to enhance your results.
- We will provide resources to increase the impact of the live sessions.
- Please endeavour to work through the materials prior to the live sessions.
- The live sessions are designed to facilitate your learning and application.
- We will use Slack as a shared space for the group. This is where you should post your homework for feedback and also contribute to the feedback for other participants.
- The live component of certification takes place over twelve weeks, with a live session each week and support materials provided in the modules related to each live session.
Upon completion of this program, a participant will be able to:
- Generate clients for their services as a Certified SYSTEMologist.
- Coach a client to apply the principles and practices of SYSTEMology to help them grow their business.
- Document the Critical Client Flow (CCF) for their business client, and
- Embrace SYSTEMology as a proven process to grow a client’s business

- Session 1 - Foundation - Here you’ll learn about the full certification program, what’s in it, what it will ask of you and how to get the most from it. You’re about to transform the way you look at business.
- Session 2 - Define - Here you’ll learn about the CCF and how to use it to identify the scope of work and set client expectations. The CCF is more powerful than you realise.
- Session 3 - Assign - Here you’ll learn about the DRTC and SAS – two tools that connect your client’s systems to the team members that will be responsible for them.
- Session 4 - Extract - Here you’ll learn how to meet with the most knowledgeable workers to “Extract” their mission critical tasks. Mastering this core skill is critical to your success.
- Session 5 - Catch Up - You’ve consumed a lot in the last 4 Sessions! It’s time to review what we’ve covered, get further clarity and prepare for the next leg of your journey.
- Session 6 - Organise & Integrate - Here you’ll learn about the tools of the trade - from project management to systems documentation management. Clients will look to your expertise.
- Session 7 - Generating Clients - Here you’ll learn about who is an ideal client for your SYSTEMology programs and services as well as how to engage with them to generate clients and revenues.
- Session 8 - The 4 Models - Here you’ll learn about 4 models we use to communicate the value SYSTEMology delivers. This is how you will turn qualified prospects into paying clients.
- Session 9 - Generating Income - Here you’ll learn about setting big, hairy bodacious goals as well as defining the actions you must take to achieve your goals and be successful!
- Session 10 - Catch Up - Time for another catch up session. Review what you covered, clarify anything that isn’t 100% and prepare for the final leg of your certification.
- Session 11 - Scale & Optimise - Here you’ll learn about which departments and systems should be documented once the CCF-related systems have been extracted and organised.
- Session 12 - Future & Beyond - Here you’ll finalise your income growth plans and make a public commitment to use them. You’ll also learn about the ongoing SYSTEMology support to make your dreams a reality.

- The live sessions are designed to facilitate the application of SYSTEMology. They will be recorded but they are not designed as training, they are for participation. Being on the calls live will always be the best option.
- The tools, resources and the training are for you to use in building your own SYSTEMology business. Please don't devalue your investment or our professional IP and my years of creative work by distributing this material or teaching this process outside of this program. Please also refer the the confidentiality agreement you signed upon commencement.
- Please come to the program with full intention - lean right in, get involved, contribute to the success of others and extract every ounce of value you can out of myself and the rest of the group.

You receive 2 complimentary SYSTEMology annual memberships ($1795 value per membership) that can be gifted to your case study clients. (Maximum limit 2 per SYSTEMologist).
#2. SYSTEMology annual membership - request form
For regular clients, it's best to order wholesale SYSTEMology annual memberships to be bundled with your services. Upon requesting this account you will be provided with an order form to access the wholesale rate of $895 USD (plus Australian GST where applicable). This will be on yearly recurring billing.
#3. systemHUB trial accounts (3 months) - request form
Sometimes the client may prefer to use systemHUB (without the SYSTEMology membership), for these instances you can request our 3-month trial accounts. Trial accounts are actually set up to last 4 months (giving you buffer time) to ensure the client receives a full 3-month trial.

Pre-recorded and dripped weekly, these core training modules teach the business of running a SYSTEMology business.
Team Accelerator
The Team Accelerator is a self-paced program which is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the SYSTEMology process.
